Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your little reader to love Sunflower and the Superpower. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or defective items

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us at hello@sunflowerandthesuperpower.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll ship a free replacement. You do not need to return the original copy.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item at no charge.

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we're unable to cancel it, but the damaged/defective and wrong-item protections above still apply.

Non-returnable items

Because our books ship directly from our print and fulfillment partner, we are unable to accept returns of correctly fulfilled, undamaged books. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
